My expensive KitchenAid Blender broke and I contacted KitchenAid to find a local repair shop and was referred to Centennial Vac.  Walked in and showed them what had happened, they told me all I needed was a new coupler, and explained exactly how to put it on so I could save the installation charge.  Was out the door with my replacement part for $14.95.  Got home, followed the instruction they gave me, and my blender is back in business making protein shakes.  I thought the service was excellent and really appreciate the clerk offering to explain how to replace my own part which saved me some money.  Could not be more satisfied with my experience at Centennial Vac.
