Excellent service, Haz and Scott presented a very practical way to clean to me. I have struggled with a dyson and shark vacuum before I learned about the Miele. I have a lot of dust in my home as well as cats and dogs and a family member that uses a wheel chair that tracks in a lot of dust and dirt. I know this machine is going to perform excellently after the presentation and features I witnessed.
